Re: Shortage of 16 inch tyres again
Thanks - I tried RevZilla.com and JPCycle, but they don't ship to Europe. But I will try to find a way. Whenever you have the tyres, it would be interesting to see when they are produced (DOT). Maybe you could give us this information. In any case, we need to create some demand, otherwise it is unde...

shortage of 16 inch tyres again
Dear 750 Sport fans It's a tiresome topic, but unfortunately there seems to be a shortage of 16 inch tyres again. To my knowledge, only Shinko produces the SR 880/881 tyres in the correct format. Today I wanted to order some tyres from the German supplier Schenk (). They told me: There are still som...

Re: New owner to a Paso 750
you are right G., but it does not work with the Avons (at least in my case). I tried 15 / 42 and 15 /43 - the only possibility to tighten the chain was with the 15 / 40 and 14 / 41 combo.

Re: New owner to a Paso 750
@meat-biscuit I mentioned in the avon thread that you can not use many sprocket combinations. I stated with the 15 / 40 combination - it works, but the transmisson ratio is in my opinion "too long". In the meantime I switched to 14 / 41. That works as well and is a perfect match in my opin...

@Meat-biscuit
If you purchased the Avons already, I think this info can be helpful for you:

I am still using the Avons and I am very happy with this combination.
All the best, Hardo

Re: 16" rubber
Hi muxey Just insert the model and the year of your bike on the avon page http://www.avon-tyres.co.uk/motorbike/750-paso This is what I am currently using, cf.: http://forums.ducatipaso.org/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=4463 However, goldentires make the right dimension, many threads here on the forum all...
Re: Seat Fix
Dear all
I have the same problem and just the fix provided by duc 906.
It helped for quite a while but the problem is here again. The fixing at the end of the seat (rear end of the the paso) pops of.
Any suggestions for a quick fix?
Thank you, Hardo

Re: What size Tyre can I run on the rear without Modificatio
thanks for the info you did not do any modifications regarding the chainline? i did some measurements today - just for fun -. my 150 / 80 Avon Azaro is 165 mm (on the 5' rim of the Paso). there is almost 10 mm left to chainline, hence, any tire that is below 180 mm (mounted on the 5' rim of the Paso...

Re: Free 16" Tires
@Pasomator
I am also currently using the avon azaro combination and I am very happy with it, maybe not a great tire, but a big improvemnet compared to the old michelins.
I would be curious to here what you particular did not like regarding the tires.
thank you, hardo
