Re: 750 Paso on Ebay in Florida

Got Dells too and looks like one blew off the manifold. Maybe that is why it's not running so good. Lots of nice stuff on there. Ship it up my way.

New Rear Tire

Seen this, not much time left. I don't know the age of the tire. No affiliation with seller. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Michelin-M59-160-60-16-Rear-Tire-NEW_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQ_trkparmsZ65Q3a12Q7c66Q3a2Q7c39Q3a1Q7c72Q3a1171Q7c240Q3a1318Q7c301Q3a1Q7c293Q3a2Q7c294Q3a50QQ_trksidZp3286Q2ec0Q2em14QQha...

Nice work Jon! Keep us posted!

Higgy, Jon is making protectors for the tank, not a tank. So, the Kevlar not critical at this point.

Re: 907 frame rubbers

Guys, lighten up a little. The price may be high or the shipping may be high but no sense driving someone away that may have a part you need in the future. The market is what YOU want to pay. Hope Miles come back with more discontinued parts. Never know what you need.

Tough crowd!

You can also use wheels from a 907ie and some other Ducatis. You have to be careful with clearance to front fender and the front of the swingarm when doing the larger wheels.

Re: manifold problems

One carb should point to the front and one to the back. I had this carb set-up on my first Paso. They were great. The only draw back was no choke. Just an enrichening circuit, so you had to keep the revs high by working the throttle until the engine was warm, gradually backing off on the enrichener...

Re: Bleedin' brakes and batteries

John, after undoing the bolts holding the caliper to the fork leg I can move it down the disc. However, due to the to the tight fit of the caliper within the rim, I still can't seem to lift the caliper off the disc. Lowering the caliper gives me enough space to bleed the brake, but I would still li...
