Re: starting problems

Can anyone tell me where and how do I get to the starter on my 750 Paso ? Bike wont start, new battery, I hear a clicking sound and when I push it it will start if I pop the clutch on 3rd gear ! Should I be aware of anything other than the starter gone ?
Thanks

Re: 750 Paso Wiring Upgrade to Improve Starting

My 88 750 Paso wont Start, battery is fully charged, all I get is a click click sound... However when I push the bike and pop it into 3rd gear she starts right up. Could it be my starter or starter solenoid gone bad ? By the way where is the starter located on my 750 Paso ?
Thanks

In Tampa too...

I own a 1988 Paso 750... My number is 800-516-6402 ... Have you checked out Syds cycles in Pinellas park ? Oldman Syd has the best restored Ducatis in town...
