Re: Help needed - Fueltank compatibility 907ie -> 750

Does anyone know the technical specs of the fuelpump ? How many L/h ? How many pressure (bar/psi) ? Because i want to place the pump outside the tank ! The only information about the pressure in the workshop-manual is "5 bar" to "prevent overheating of the electric starter". But ...

Re: Chainslider conversion

I don`t think that the black one is stiff as the white one, but : who cares ?! The white one ends directly in front of the axle. So the constructors opinion was :"That is enough !" The marks on MY swingarm brings me to that way of thinking :"Why shorten a long chainslider?" - It`...

Re: Chainslider conversion

No Olaf - no way ! This is NO - hm, in germany we say "THERMOPLAST" . You can`t form it by temperature. It`s a little like Polytetrafluorethylen (PTFE - Teflon).
You drill the holes in the upper side and below. No problem for stability.
My opinion.

Re: Chainslider conversion

Chainslider conversion

With an hint of Gerhard i bought a Chainslider for an DUCATI MONSTER 696 (2009) for 20,-€. http://www.ducatipaso.org/myPix/mixed/400_3265613539663964.jpg To fit the slider you have to grind the "nipples" down that holds the slider. With an compressed air grinder it works fantastic. You hav...

Help needed - Fueltank compatibility 907ie -> 750

Hey i want to put my 907 a new dress on. :D The dress of a 750 ... :) But it won`t fit ... :shock: Because the 907 does have two hosepins on the right side, the 750 got one on the left side. The 907 got two vent connections at the back - the 750 just one. The idea i got was to take a Y-Piece and fee...
