Re: 750 paseo dead

You can find a electric starter motor from another Ducati (SS, Monster, etc). Is the same motor. In my Paso I have one from a Monster. You must change the little pinion of the axle.

Re: 750 paseo dead

Maybe you can go to a big autospare parts with your solenoid and there try to buy one. I know a few parts of a Paso come from cars, Fiat, Lancia, etc. My Paso runs with a electric fuel pump from a Renault 5.

Re: Goldentyre Paso tires

Do anybody want to tell us if they have good grip? I use my Paso with prehistoric Michelin: the grip is worse than death but I like the handling. I use another options: 130-70/16 and 120-70/17 and I like the grip but not the handling. I'm wonder if with Golden tires is possible to have the Michelin'...

Re: 750 paseo dead

Another possibility is that you have problems with the starter button.Try to turn the round button when pressing the starter button. Maybe the round button has a bad contact, maybe it is dirty.

Re: 750 paseo dead

I think you have problems with the starter relay. It has one wire coming from the battery, and another going to the starter engine. Both wires are locked with a 10mm nuts. You can join both wires with a tool (I use a pliers, one leg touching one nut and the other leg touchin the other one) and the s...

Re: new member with questions

I think these tire sizes are wrong. I use in my Paso 130-70-16 and 180-60-16. I used 150-80-16 and this size is very high tire and the 5th gear is very, very long, and it is very thin and lose grip suddenly when you are inclined.

Re: Paso 750 Rear Tire solution (160/60/16)

I have bought a Pirelli Demon for my front wheel, but I have tried a 130-70/16 size. When I'll ride with it I'll put some photos.

Re: Paso 750 Rear Tire solution (160/60/16)

I have proved 150-80-16 in my Paso and it was not a good idea. This tire needs an inner tube to be inflated. An inner tube is 1 kg more, and this tire is very thin. The surface on the road is very little when you ride on a twisty roads and this surface finish suddenly. You always ride in the edge of...

Re: Paso 750 Rear Tire solution (160/60/16)

2 questions; what will you do the next time you need to change the rear sprocket and how is the front sprocket mounted on the drive shaft ?! I'm wondering the same question. We need a photo of the other side. Is your sprocket like a cup? Or did you enlarge the axle? I have used an old rear sp...

Re: Whose Paso is this anyways?

The owner of this Paso is a guy from the Netherlands called Iggo. Few years ago he had a webpage with a friend who had a 750 Monster, but now I can't find it. I like this Paso very much too
