Ignitech Electronic ignition replacement for Digiplex

5/15/13

I sold my 1990 750 Sport...

I had previously purchased the Ignitech SPARKER TCIP4 as a replacement.
Brand new in box...Software (CD) and serial to USB adapter.

I think I paid about $200???

Sell for $150...or reasonable offer?

Re: Ignitech Ignition on 750 Sport

11/9/10

Bikeboy was working with a Kokasan (sp?) setup....not a Digiplex.

These are different setups entirely.

Any help with a Digiplex would be appreciated.

Re: Picked up one today

11/16/08 There are many brake booster check valves on the market that can be fitted to your crankcase vent. When I switched to dellortos years ago I fitted a Motormite 80190.....available everywhere. It serves to maintain a little negative pressure in the crankcase.....a good think for a variety of ...

Re: New to the club, just purchased a 750 sport!

If by "tail pipes" you mean mufflers or silencers, I have a set on ebay. The item number is:

130241641768

They are truly in excellent condition....not a scratch.

Clutch Woes

5/13/08 Opps. Posted this on the Paso list by mistake. I have a '90 750 Sport. I gather that all 5 speed clutch packs from this era are the same. Could someone give me order and orientation of assembly for plates? I have a parts manual PDF that shows an order....but It looks like there are two diffe...

Re: Marelli Digiplex ignition module WANTED!!

2/28/08 Here's my experience. I bought one from GUZZITECH...it was inop. Of course he said it was working before he sent it to me! Maybe it was! I bought another from PCS in Daytona...and it worked. The "problem" with these boxes is there "appears" to be no way to test them....no...

2/24/08 I have alloy velocity stacks (with screens) on my 1990 Sport..... They are made by Mallossi....but you need to use the short ones....and I don't remember the length (sorry). I would be very careful with velocity stacks....and "pumpers"....because it creates an opportunity for a fir...

Re: Marelli Ignition "pickup"

12/2/07 Thanks for the reply! Yes I realize....in fact the device is called an "Inductive Speed/RPM sensor" It is used in many applications...automotive, motorcycles, race cars....ignition, electronic tachs etc. The problem is it comes in a lot of variants....and I can't find which variant...

Marelli Ignition "pickup"

12/2/07

On the Paso/750 sport with a Digiplex igniter there is a single Marelli pickup that is triggered by flywheel.

Does anyone know the Marelli part number.

I believe it is a SEN 8D.

Thanks in advance.

Fuel Filter/FAQ

I went to FAQ and the only this I saw were three "questions"...tires, bubbles in clutch line and something else.

Am I missing something?
