Re: Smaller headlight

Looks Great, I have two 750 Paso's, on one the front fairing is cracked, I have been thinking of a complete front fairing replacement using a smaller headlight, the new fairing would come from AirTech without a headlight cut out. Could you provide additional details on the headlight and mounting? Be...

Re: Rear Tyre and Suspension

The answer to your question is somewhat dependant on the weight you plan to carry, i.e. if you have a passenger etc. Try a range from 36 PSI to 38 PSI and see how it works.

Re: Colors

plasmid, I have owned my 750 Paso since July 4th weeked of 1987. I do not know of a paint mumber. Locate a automotive paint shop with a spectrophotometer. The spectrophotometer is used to match paint with a color sample. Take a sample part off your bike maybe to a side faring. Go to the paint shop t...

Re: left hand fuel cock/pet cock

whitepaso, I received the fuel cocks today 5/1/2013, the part number listed on the package is #800045184 the description is 750 Paso M12x1. Unfortunately it’s the wrong part. The fastener nut size is smaller then what’s required to fit my gas tank. I compared it to Ducati part number #58840051A for ...

Re: Timing Belt Tension

See page H28 of the Ducati Paso Service manual. Note: Apply the dynamometric stretcher 88713.0748 and stretch it to the reference marks. Lock to a torque of 14.46 or 18.06 lb./ft. the mobile stretcher fixing. There is a drawing of the stretcher on the page. It's not special you might find a similar ...

Re: Fuel pump

What you are describing is a classic no load on a motor condition. Applied electrical engineering when there is little or no load on a motor it will spin at its highest design i.e. (1,200 / 1,800 /3,600) RPM. Example if you hold your hand on the inlet hose of your shop vacuum the motors quickly move...
