Paso / Yamaha FZR twin headlight and other Paso parts.
I've decided to sell or trade the following parts: A brand new, never installed Paso headlight with osram 60/55 halogen bulb. I bought this for $180 so don't really want to sell it cheap. Also I'm selling a FZR twin headlight that was on my Paso when I bought it. It's in very good condition and thes...

Re: Valve adjust / Check on an early Paso
I'm pleased to hear it's possible to retrofit rocker arms with clips. When you say yours were from an SS, can you be more specific??

Valve adjust / Check on an early Paso
Does anyone know where I can find a good description of how to adjust valves on the early Paso 750 that does not have the removable clips on the rocker arm shafts? I was told the pasos with the yellow rocker-box caps have the clips and earlier "plain capped" Pasos don't Are clips easy to r...

Bad Vibration!!!
My '87 Paso 750 was transmitting a lot of vibration through the seat and footpegs today and I discovered that the lower rear engine bolt had broken at the base of the threads on one end. It would have fallen out if the other end had not been stopped by the sidestand. I'm posting this to alert everyo...

Re: left hand fuel cock/pet cock
If your located in north america I would suggest Columbia Car and Cycle in Nakusp, B.C. Although Wolfgang Haerter is a Laverda specialist, he has lots of generic Italian parts. You can call him at 250-265-4502. I bought one for my paso from him 2 weeks ago and it was $20. I asked for a left fuel tap...

Re: Mustergutachten BRD für Umrüstung auf 130/70-16 u. 160/70-16
I don't want to burst anyones bubble, but I'm sure I read recently that the earliest paso 750's were fitted with a 520 chain but that they soon switched to a 530. The reason was that the heavier 520 caused excessive wear of the driveline components. Specifically the front sprocket bearing ,I think. ...

Dripping Fuel Tap / petcock
I'm new to the forum after having bought a well-used red '87 Paso a couple of months ago. It had not been used since 2003 and was quite sad looking when I got it home. It has a 2 into 1 Gia Ca Moto exhaust which sounds very nice but isn't beautiful looking. I've replaced the timing belts and put a n...
