Re: Generator upgrade?
The Shindeng I have seems to work fine. Regarding the fuel injection, the fuelpump takes about 1.7A and the injectors uses 2x0.8A and the MS box probably less then 1A. Perhaps the battery is about to give up. When I changed to use H4 LED lights instead of normal H4 there was no problem with the volt...

Generator upgrade?
Hi Paso members, After change to Megasquirt on my Paso, I noticed in the log files from the box that the supplied voltage was lower than 12V, mostly around 11.6-11.8V. When I hooked up a small voltage meter and had it on the dashboard during runs I noticed that when I switched of the head lamp the v...

Swingarm service and maintenance
Hi all, Long time ago I was on the forum, but now it is time, :) , to pick up a good habit. During the winter I decided to check the rear end. It was too long time ago. The Öhlins damper will get service. Absolutely needed, since it is almost 30 year now and I guess no one before me have had it serv...

Engine change
Anyone knows if a 900 ST2 or Monster 2001 engine fits in the 750 frame?
My 750 stock needs replacement soon and these are alternatives.
They are fuel injected, but that is no problem since my Paso is converted to FI/megasquirt.

Re: Paso 750 MegaSquirt
Currently I'm running a quite good setup map. I made some changes in the throttle setting. Fast acc response without hickups. Previous I had it much to lean at ½ to full throttle. Also good at lower rpm(<4000) and <¼ throttle opening. There is a minor glitch at ~4500-5000 rpm at specific throttle op...

Re: Paso 750 MegaSquirt
Thanks,
It seems very useful, and according to what I rememeber, i'm on right track for cruising speed up to ~5000 rpm.

Re: Paso 750 MegaSquirt
No real progress this year. Not so much driving as I wanted, :-( . The mapping is not dialed in correct. I have it running quite well in cruising mode. But the acceleration is not set yet. The throttle response is not correct. Leans out. I use only throttle respons. Will try to use MAP (Manifold Air...

Re: Paso 750 MegaSquirt
No drawing. It's a rear brake bracket from a Monster800, same as the wheel, and modified as the url picture shows. The blue part is removed. Grind/hacksaw that part from the bracket. http://alltomingenting.no-ip.info/gallery/monterat_bakhjul/DSC02074_1 Any similar bracket should work, thats fits on ...

Re: Paso 750 MegaSquirt
2008 update.
Working on the EFI box to get spark controlled.
Little tricky to find out from where to get the signal since the ducatis have one for each cylinder.
I'll work it out.
Will start with a spark map similar to original spark advance settings.

Re: 750 Paso front brake adapters to swap 320 rotors to M1R
Nope, it's still the 280mm rotors and 16" wheel.
Check these pictures, http://www.geocities.com/750paso/paso/4 ... sult12.htm
But it is not so tight with 40mm spacing calipers.
