Re: Back on the road

It works great. I just added the black plastic spacer from a 906 weber, a plastic "roof" to avoid water ingestion in case of heavy rain And connected the two sides at the bottim of carburetor with an alluminium hose. To register the air screws, now you don t need to remove any fairing

Re: 750 Paso in the Barber Museum

That's how Honda called it: NR750 Oval Piston http://i1022.photobucket.com/albums/af342/davidaz68/5774-70894_274x274_zpslnxjivvn.jpg but it doesn't matter, i guess that nr750 ellipsoidal piston was not a commercially suitable name! :-) this is the Stallone beautiful Black Paso: http://i1022.photobuc...

Re: 750 Paso in the Barber Museum

I can't recall if this has been posted before. I was at the Vintage races & Ducstock this past weekend. I spent some time in the Barber Museum and was pleased to see the 750 Paso as one of the bikes on display. I reopen this old thread just to post some more pictures of the beautiful barber mus...

The Rack is a GiVi and it has only two bolts each side. I have nonfango for the side bags but i don t keep it mounted when not needed. http://i1022.photobucket.com/albums/af342/davidaz68/rack%20givi_zpsq3txc84w.jpg http://i1022.photobucket.com/albums/af342/davidaz68/side%20rack_zpsetdfzi28.jpg this ...

Re: Back on the road

The exaust are alluminium really, but they had some scratches and i put a carbon-like adesive sheet on it specifically made for high temp. Other modifications, well basically it's all original. But i removed the air filter and put a fiat 127 abarth one (you can see it on the gallery at s/n 276). I d...

Back on the road

Finally after some years on storage due to lack of tires (in italy we cannot legally use different tires or rim sizes), my 1987 Paso s/n 276 is back on the road fully functional now with Goldentyre "shoes" (the picture of course is before the visit to the the tire shop) http://i1022.photob...

Re: Colors

The original Paso750 red (it was changed after 1988) was done by LECHLER S.p.a. www.lechler.eu and the correct name was "Ducati rosso paso". I don't have the code, sorry but I found a carpainter a few years ago with a catalog still showing that color. I got a 1/4 gallon and it matched perf...

Re: High mileage?

Me and the Weber became good friends, i made some modifications otherwise it was impossible to use the bike all year round. After that i didn't touch the DCNF44 anymore.
