88mm Piston Oil Rings

Anybody know what else I might substitute for Ducati parts?

Some Ford etc equivalent? Or where can I get just Ducati oil rings, not the set?

thanks,

Re: 907ie FRONT DISC SET NEEDED.

exactly. its the diameter that is a problem.

the calipers are what I call STD gold Brembos (think 900ss) but 2-pak black.

300mm discs are the easiest solution I believe.

Re: 907ie FRONT DISC SET NEEDED.

I am using 40mm spaced calipers. You can see them on the ground. The forks have 40mm mounts. I would like to keep both and just change rotors. Those mounts wont help and I dont want to use "Yamembos" BMW 851 :-P the color for the bike is Blue Grey. I have made many custom Ducatis and am bo...

907ie FRONT DISC SET NEEDED.

mmmmm..thought i had 1989 900ss forks on the project but the 320mm rotors dont let the calipers bolt up.

pretty sure it will be the 907ie BB1 forks that take the 300mm rotors then. annoying.

anyone have some rotors hanging around?

regards

I thought so too but does that mean 900ss units are shorter?

900/750 ss/monster inlet manifolds

Does anybody know if there are any differences between the 900/750 ss/monster inlet manifolds?

I am fitting some Mikuni carbs from a 750SS to a custom Sport build and am wondering whether it matters.

thanks, Sean

PS anybody have a set they want to sell before I go shopping for them?

Re: oscam modular wheels

just wanted to jump in . I know the thread is old but just an update. the red wheel pics Jasper posted are mine and I have put them on my F3.

they are heavier than the mag 2 piece but infinitely cooler.

Re: 750 Sport Piston

thanks guys. that 750 piston doesnt fit according to the guy. what a pity, I would have bought it.

anyway Ed Milich gave me a hand and sent me a piston I can use. a good price and good condition, I can only say he has done well buy me now and in the past.

cheers
