Hi A few words to introduce myself. I joined this great forum many years back when I bought my Sport. An accident put a pause in my plans in 2011 and it is only now that I havet time to get the repair started. Was thinking to give something back to you all in the forum who so kindly support the rest...

Re: 1990 750 Sport Need Stock LH Rear Blinker -

Hi

I am not shure if this is any help (since I am not 100% shure on how the rear indicator look like: my bike has aftermarkets). But this item on Ebay is perhaps useful for you?

Re: Rear Sprocket bolts all sheared off

I believe that G, Higgy and Giocast all have good inputs here (sorry for using wrong word Giocast: I meant bolt, but since I am not speaking english since birth, mayby I can be forgiven for writing screw? ;) ) That the bolts are in shear tension is obvious. I was initially thinking of pure shear fai...

Re: Rear Sprocket bolts all sheared off

Dear Mobius Too me, the failure of your bolts look like dynamic fatigue failures. I have been working as a test engineer working with fatigue testing of screw joints and screws in tensile and bending stresses for years (albeit screws made of titanium, but the surfaces look scaringly alike to yours!)...

Re: Paso 750 Rear Tire solution (160/60/16)

I did not go for the Shinko but instead ordered a Metz ME880 160/80-16 for my 750 Sport and I will try this on ASAP (which translates to 2-4 weeks due to my busy schedule). I will however not continue posting here in the Paso forum, but keep to the 750Sport to avoid confusion. Is that better?...

Re: Paso 750 Rear Tire solution (160/60/16)

@Mike: You fitted the 180/60 Shinko tyre, right?

Do you think that a 160/80 would fit? Or would its +2 cm on the radius (compared to the 180/60) make it touch the swingarm?

From the pics, it looks as if it just might fit. But rather than guessing, please enlighten me/us

with kind regards
/Petrus

Re: Paso 750 Rear Tire solution (160/60/16)

I found a Swedish site that says they have the 160/80-16 home Is this a typo ? This thread is about 180/60 not 160/80-16. The 750S seems to have more room for a higher tire than a 750 Paso but the 160/60-16 is 59,8cm in diameter, a 180/60-16 62,2cm, 150/80-16 64,6cm and a 160/80-16 66,2cm ! (accord...

Re: Paso 750 Rear Tire solution (160/60/16)

Excellent Mike! These Shinko tires you linked to is what I am going for next. I found a Swedish site that says they have the 160/80-16 home. I'll get in contact with them. :) I loved to read about all the mods in this thread, but I will be satisfied with a 160 tire with higher profile as I am early ...
