Hey*, don't knock Forrest, he had a big heart and was as honest as the day is long! He was naive, I found the smart ones are the arseholes(not all of course). Actually found the yanks were not as bad as I was expecting either, had a rather perspective-changing trip to the States recently.

For anyone thats interested i found my issue ! After much frustration i have found that when setting the TPS (150milli volts) that when the idle screw was set for idle around 300mv the potentiometer was giving irregular return signal voltage,this would vary wildly from 270 to 340mv , i didnt think t...

I have fitted Samco hoses and all went well apart for the hose leading to the thermostat which only needed trimming a little and the problem with the throttle shaft but that was a problem as standard!!!! :wacko: The Italian engineers are very cleaver in some respects(bet I get drawn & quartered ...
