Shoulders must be something that happens to 61 yo's. My right one is playing up. I'm hoping it's just shoulder impingement. If I hang by the hands it seems to feel better. Hanging is supposed to be a 98% fix for shoulder impingements.

Everything has come to a grinding stop at the moment. Sleeping 12 plus hours a day. Things will turn around soon enough though.
