2nd what Phil said about ST comfort, owned a 1999 ST4 and thought it was great on the long hauls. Presently own a 916 and a 750 Sport. The Sport makes the 916 feel big! Not so sure you want a Sport for it's comfort qualities.

Thank you for all your replys. Think I will play with the Weber and see if I can sort it out and thus keep bike standard. Failing that will go with the 900 option. Will keep you posted.

Daniel, have you run your 750 on the 36 carps yet? Would be interested in hearing your comments as to the conversion, reasons for doing, difficulty in doing, getting the 36's and filters etc. Will watch for your Webber on ebay.

Hi Phil, front tire is OK rear is new. As I'm a Canadian and new to the UK unsure of the availability of 16" tires in the UK or Europe. New 16" rear is encouraging. Interested to hear from UK members on this. Really would like to keep it rolling on 16's if possible. Comments on this please...
