Re: Rear brake disc alternative
Paso750 is right. I have had some custom 17 inch wheels made, and as it is now I am using the original rear brake disc. I was just wondering if I could find a disc that would match the newer type brembo discs. But if seems to be a bit difficult. Luckily, the rims are made with bolt-on brake disc ada...

Rear brake disc alternative
Hey there For my absurd 17 inch conversion I decided to get some spoked wheels handmade in Italy. So far so good. Front brakes have been converted to the newer type 320 mm brembo discs, but the rear brake is still the good old one. So my question is, what slightly newer type brake disc will fit in t...

Re: 320 mm disc conversion with 65 mm calipers
Awesome. Thanks. Did not think to look in the paso section.

320 mm disc conversion with 65 mm calipers
I am doing a 17 inch conversion with custom spoke wheels, and at the same time upgrading the front discs to 320mm. I have a set of newer 65 mm bolt pattern brembo calipers, and therefore need a bracket. All I can find is brackets made for 280 mm discs, so the question is, does any of you have experi...

Keihin FCR 41 jetting
I have managed to sort a set of 4 Keihin FCR 41's, previously fitted to a Honda. The plan is to use two of them on my 750 sport, in a split setup with Malossi manifolds. Does anyone have any advice on the jetting of these? I have searched around, but it seems that the popular solution for the 750 is...

Re: Dellorto + 853 ccm big bore
You are right about the paint job, but i quite like it. I did think about modifying the seat section, to show more of the rear frame section. Cutting the bottom off of it, about 2-3 cm. It is not all that clear, but the oil hoses going to the cooler is the original ones, which are far too long for t...

A few more pictures from the workshop. Now I am just waiting for filters and better weather. http://i1277.photobucket.com/albums/y498/Droennert/IMG_20130321_144404_zps968db194.jpg http://i1277.photobucket.com/albums/y498/Droennert/IMG_20130321_171137_zpsb4bbe5f9.jpg http://i1277.photobucket.com/albu...

Re: Dellorto + 853 ccm big bore
Yeah, I'd say that bike has been modified a bit. No sense going back to stock on that one. Have you got a reasonable picture from the side? Cheers, Phil This is the best I've got, from when I picked it up. Btw, if I were to sell the faring, how much would that be worth? http://i1277.photobucket.com...

Just a few pictures of me trying to wash the bike. It was too cold for that. https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/-GFFB3U37CYE/UUo_CRR6mII/AAAAAAAAFjk/DIamzN18ZjQ/s761/IMG_20130227_140700.jpg https://lh6.googleusercontent.com/-PkhfIFN4zxg/UUo_CQOy-SI/AAAAAAAAFjw/kGKkxlecsww/s761/IMG_20130227_144620.jpg...

Re: Dellorto + 853 ccm big bore
Sounds good with regards to the coils. I will check them out and measure them tomorrow. I already read your post about the silicone on the inlet manifolds, so that was on my list as well, but thanks for reminding me anyway. :) I've long wanted to modify my tank that way and get the extra fuel storag...

Re: Dellorto + 853 ccm big bore
As I said, I have no idea if the 853 ccm is for real or not. Anyway, I have now started assembly of the carbs again. Only change I have made is change the idle jet for a 65, so then we'll see how that works. Another thing is, the carbs were only fitted with short inlet trumpets before, which I doubt...

Dellorto + 853 ccm big bore
I have already read through most topics in the forum, and what a great source of information it is. First of all, a short introdution should be in order. I just recently purchased a 750 Sport as my first ever motorcycle, and have been messing a bit with it since. It is fitted with the Dellorto PHM 4...
