Re: 907ie Left Front Body Panels
Thanks everyone for all ideas and help I wound up buying a bolt on Turn Indicator/Mirror From Ebay and found a Fantastic Fiberglass repair place here locally that did a great job. I Hope I don’t violate any Page rules, but if anyone needs a body panel repaired or paint work done I would recommend Jo...

907ie Left Front Body Panels
Ciao Pasoisti I went to a bike Ralley in Luckenbach Texas yesterday. They mandated I park in the Caliche gravel (muddy Gravel) and my kickstand sunk in between rocks and my front tire did something similar and I landed face first in the mud (no damage there, maybe an improvement). But the two left f...

Re: Battery Drain when sitting idle for 2 days
I'm 98% sure the battery is Ok. My old old battery lasted 2 years. Never had a problem until I changed batteries. I'm never buying a battery off of EBay again. I bought a Motobatt. A big heavy battery that was supposed to last 5 years. It wouldn't stay charges long at all. I burned up my starter cra...

Re: Battery Drain when sitting idle for 2 days
The battery is fine if disconnected. It's a fairly new battery (3 mos.) and is a Deka brand. Both me and the bike shop looked for voltage drops and couldn't find any. Doesn't mean there are none though. Let me do some more poking around. Maybe there is something I missed. I'll also check the voltage...

1992 Paso 907ie Swingarm for sale
After haggling and hassling and replacing my 1992 907ie swingarm (gave my old one for scrap pile) I have a mostly nice 1992 907ie swingarm. Slightly chewed up on the sprocket side. Could be repaired. Looks like someone's Axel came loose. It seems straight. Pictures available on request. I bought it ...

Re: Swing Arm for 1992 907ie
I found a nice swing arm from a Chap in Belgium. Before I bought the nice one, I bought a slightly bunged up one, but bought the nicer one because I am too lazy to fix the bunged one. If anyone wants a only slightly bunged up swingarm in the back on the sprocket side I would part with it for a nomin...

Battery Drain when sitting idle for 2 days
Hello Group My latest conundrum. I gave up on my starter on my 1992 907ie and took it to a shop. After now replacing my thermostat and tossing my old starter and replacing with a Ducati starter and thermostat, now my battery will be almost dead after sitting for 2 days, so I am keeping it on a batte...

Re: Check Water Pump
I finally took my entire cooling system apart and my thermostat was stuck shut. Thanks everybody for all the mostly correct comments. At least I learned how my cooling system works. Now if I can put it back together without it squirting water everywhere.

Check Water Pump
Ciao Ducatisti I just replaced my starter. I have ridden it twice and both times it has overheated. The temperature gauge goes to about 80% of maximum and the cooling fan is activated for 5 or 6 minutes after I turn off the bike. The Temp gauge usually stays to 50-60% maximum unless stuck in traffic...

Re: Swing Arm for 1992 907ie
I found a Very Nice used swing arm from Rudy at Duc-Only in the Netherlands. All the ones I have seen on EBay are damaged in the back. I guess a good piece of Paso advice would be to check your sprocket bolts regularly, use Loctite and/or safety wire, check Axel bolts often and chain tension. Many o...

Re: Swing Arm for 1992 907ie
That's the best one I have seen on EBay. I bought one but it's chewed up in the rear. I got a response from Duc-only.nl. I'll see what he has. Someone said the sproket bolts can saw the swing arm in half. I see what he means. I'm investing in some loctite after this. Thanks for the help

Swing Arm for 1992 907ie
Hello Group I had a low level disaster on my 1992 907ie. One of the rear sproket mounting bolts came loose and gave quite a trek to my swing arm on the left side destroying the axel adjuster, I bought one on FleaBay but although it looked good in pictures, in person it's too chewed up to use. Does a...
