Re: Indicator Lenses

I posted about this too awhile back about making these. Particularly frustrating for me as a local machine shop has two plastic injection molding machines that get used only about one or two days a month. But he gave me a quote of about $4500 USD per lens !! To make the molds. Now I really know firs...

Re: A 900 air cooled Paso

Thank you Nicola,
I'm going to bore the Paso brethren here to tears occasionally with my Paso story. Soon I will load some images here to begin the saga.

Re: A 900 air cooled Paso

As just said, that's to your profile. In any event building a semi race engine 750 does not achieve what I want. I'm looking for the added benefit of the 6th gear, (thank you for the info about using the 800 trans conversion) and also more power with factory from new reliability. It's exciting to bu...

Re: A 900 air cooled Paso

Thanks for the replies guys, I'm going to start on this project at some point later this year, no talking me out of it. I have ridden my friends 750ss and 900ss. Both are stock internally. The point being the 900 does everything the 750 does with so much less effort, the relaxed pace when sport tour...

A 900 air cooled Paso

I initially want to improve the 750 with a little more power and a 6th gear. But with every year something else becoming unavailable parts wise, I want to not have to worry about parts concerning liquid cooling as there are fewer 906/907 around than the 750. I'm thinking about how if it's possible t...

Very cool, as long as you can stand the intake noise when your tucked in at speed. Let us know what it's like.

Re: Rear European Tail light / Lens/Brakelight - Indicator L

Good luck, but don't expect much participation from members. Earlier this year I under the post Paso Specialist tried to enlist help by reproducing front signal lenses. Ultimately the cost of having a mold for a plastic injection machine at $4000 per side ended it for me because less than five peopl...

Right front turn signal lens

Looking for a new condition right front turn signal lens. As I missed out on the last one just posted here. Anybody have an extra willing to part with it? It needs to be in new condition as I need it for my lens reproduction project.

Re: Paso specialist

Hello Nicola, I assume the company CEV that is embossed on the turn signal lenses is from Italy? Can you contact them if they still exist and see about more being made? I have not had the instruments out of my bike yet. Maybe CEV produced that cover too.

Re: Paso specialist

You are absolutely right. I'm still working with a local machinist that also has a plastic injection molding machine to come up with a reasonable deal to make turn signal lenses. To make this easy for him I must first get a 3D scan which he can't do. So I'm working on finding the right guy to let me...

Re: 1988 750 Paso Loosing Spark

To get us all back on the same page, when you say the spark drops above idle. Is this by using a timing light? And you said you bypassed the bike wiring harness. Did you only do that for voltage for the coil and CDI. What about the wire from the trigger to the CDI and on to the coil?
