new Paso 1987

Hi Guys, Been awhile but just picked up a 87 and a very nice bike indeed with some nice little mods. It has a set of Answer mufflers which I was not familiar with but nice sound. The only issue is the paint has faded to a nice Laverda orange almost. The bike has 19K on it but was always inside unles...

Re: white limited

aaah , would love to ride those New Zealand roads on a well sorted out Paso but afraid my riding days are behind me with age and back problems. I still have 12 of them but mostly just go down with a glass of wine to the garage and stare at them. Arch

Re: 1988 Paso - First Ride

Stunning bike and sounds great but would those pipes be off a 906?Never seen a stock 750 Paso with ends like that and 91 stock 907's have pipes like those. Regardless it's a big improvement over the stock slientiums. Arch.

88 PASO

hi Guys, picked up a blue 88 the other day listed as either parts or a project but definitely would not part it out if the engine is ok. It has some nice parts on it such as a giacamoto (sp) 2-1, a set of tm38 mikuni's on it and steering stabilizer, don't know if anything has been done to the engine...

Re: The Story of the Paso Limited

Bore scope came in yesterday so went down and checked one of the pistons in one of my Limited's and it was flat so hopefully it has the uprated engine in it. So perhaps all the Limited's with 40mm pipe with dimple are uprated? I know this is just one data point but really trying to figure out this u...

Re: staintune muffler

He's got a set for sale on ebay right now but wants 544 usd I believe so don't quite want one that badly!! Ed has gotten very expensive lately. I've got a friend who is a retired body man and use to weld pins on panels, pull the dent out and grind the pin down so might be able to do that and polish ...

Re: The Story of the Paso Limited

Ok, just took tail panel off my one limited I hadn't checked and the vertical exhaust is 40 mm OD and it has the dimple so for those of you that have limiteds do you all have 40 mm pipes and the dimple? Got a bore scope coming so I can check pistons and see if they have flat tops. Thanks Arch.

Re: staintune muffler

Hi G, trouble is around here they would just use a slide hammer, drill a hole and pull it out and I think stain tune internals were all welded on the inside so making it difficult to do anything to the inside. Arch.

staintune muffler

Hi, Would anyone have a solitary or extra staintune for the left side on a Paso or 907? Mine has a dent that is right in the line of sight and came that way. I think they are out of business or maybe making just a few for late model stuff. Thanks Arch.

Re: The Story of the Paso Limited

Hi, sure wish Ducati had the serial numbers of the enhanced Limited's. I have 3 with original paint and went down and checked the vertical exhaust pipe on them and 2 had the dimple so does that mean that they are enhanced? One also has the race exhaust from ducati but of course that could be added t...

Re: New 907

No, got it from second owner who bought it from original owner in 2005 with 700 miles on it and just didn"t ride it very much due to personal family reasons.I've got another one with 3K on it that the original owner bought just to haul around on a carrier on the back of his big RV!Bet he was th...

Re: US Spec P750 Weber Recalibration

Thanks for sharing those jets and changes to the original weber but since so many of us have aftermarket less restrictive mufflers on our bikes what changes to your jets and settings would you make? Thanks Arch.
