Re: Breaking down 906

Good result today, cleaned all terminals again, taped up exposed wires at back of switch plug ( yes will be done properly I won't leave tape there ) also taped plug to ignition switch and did 90 ks without a problem. So maybe all these issues were bad condition and when hit certain rev's it was enou...

Nope shit itself again today, 20 kms . Has to be electrics, either try a throttle position sensor or sell the bloody thing. The digi plex box was stinking hot when I got back from my failed attempt again. Just seems strange yesterday 90 ks today 20.

But wouldn't...

Re: Breaking down 906

Nope wasn't that...... But I've found in the fuel line at the t piece there is a restrictor that goes back to the tank, well this has been popping out out t piece where it's supposed to seat and working its way down the fuel line and cocking itself side ways, I've tinkered with it so it shouldn't mo...

Re: Breaking down 906

G'day mate, you have come across this before ? And yes can ride for 10 15 mins and then once it's got to a nice temp it then misfires badly and if I hold throttle at the 3500 rpm's where it's misfiring it then just shuts down. It looks like its been changed before I bought it ( seems very new a shin...
