Re: 750 Sport restoration project
Hey Peter, no confusion, whoever owns it it is a beautiful Ducati! The Morrie you refer to is not Graham Morris is it? just noticing the Fraser's signage on it. ow good a track was Amaroo, didnt get to see a lot of racing there (not in the flesh anyway but heaps on telly) & did a few riding cour...

Re: 750 Sport restoration project
Hey Andrew, Good news about the MHR & good idea on the sport, as long as you have one Ducati that's registered for the road you are a Lucky man, the rest is just icing on the Italian cake! As for the BSFS I am hoping to get there but that is dependant on the arrival of my second grand child, due...

10 years a Paso.org member!
Hey I just realised that I have been a member of Ducatipaso.org for ten years as of last month. I have been relatively scarce in the last few years but always check in when I can & still love the site. I have been on here for almost a quarter of my life! Long live Ducatipaso.org (& real Paso...

Re: 750 Sport restoration project
Awesome job Andrew, you should be proud of your efforts & we certainly appreciate your documentation. Inspirational, can't wait to get into the Guzzi or even the R100 now. Yes please document your MHR work here too. Hope you don't mind but I made that rear shot of your girl my work computer back...

Re: 750 Sport restoration project
Certainly not a boring restoration thread Andrew. Very informative & very interesting. Any thought to aerating that clutch cover to get the full dry clutch rattle happening? I initially drilled Holes around the edge of mine on Paso & then cut the bottom off the cover completely. Sounds great...

Re: 750 Sport restoration project
Looks like a thingamejig off your whosewhatsit to me. I could be wrong though. Just stick it in a box, I have a removalist box full of bits that I could not find a place for back on my old K100RS. It is still running perfectly ( my mate now owns it) but is faster because it is lighter. Cheers ...

Re: 750 Sport restoration project
Hey Andrew, thanks for directing me to your restoration project you have done a fantastic job both on the restoration & also the documentation of your work. There is a lot on here that I will adapt to my Moto Guzzi Cafe Racer project when I get it underway & my BMW R100 restoration. Thanks f...

Re: 150/80 or 180/60 tyres Is there a definitive answer??
To get back to the original question. I would definitely recommend the Avons. I have been using them for a few months & i am now confident pushing my 906 through my favourite twisties. Check the other threads, you don't need many mods & they are easy. Don't waste time or money on a 17" ...
