The Pick-up coils measure 99 and 99.4 ohms. the lost spark is observed by an inductive timing light and verified by a spark plug. Ive checked the flywheel and the crank there is no issues found with them. It is truely bizarre.

My experiance with ignitions tells me the primary windings are typically 5ohm and as low as .5 ohm,secondary windings are around the 11K range.

Hi, Truth is that i have not checked the compression because the evidence is in the electrical system. A lack of compression would not effect the electrical system. The coils are stock part number and the spark plugs are NGK's Per their application chart.I thought about the gap issue, and widened it to .040"
