Thanks!
Silly that it should cost twice as much as the fuelpump itself, but hey, at least the 907 gets to ride again!

Fuel pump holder 82910112a
Hi guys, I've cleaned out the fuel tank of my 907. What i found was horrific, but a new level sensor assembly, new pump, strainer and some thorough derusting made it look a lot better. After cleaning the rest of the fuel system, I now have come to a dead end: the mounting rubber for the fuel pump (8...

Paso 750 in Belgium - 2500€
Just noticed on a used motorcycle website:

not my bike, but maybe interesting for fellow collectors with more garage space than me...

Re: Starter (sprag) clutch replacing
Thanks a lot for the info! Upon hearing prices of professional overhaul, or a new engine, I decided I will try myself, because for that amount of money I can buy an other 907, which makes mine effectively a total loss. :( So yeah, a hearthly thanks for all tips and hints. :D (especially the ones tha...

Re: Starter (sprag) clutch replacing
That looks like a good deal indeed.
Now for the next problem: when opening the sump, the shafts, and especially the new crank, have to be shimmed up right. That'll be a first time for me too. So: anybody a how-to, or some tips & tricks?
Thanks a lot guys!

Re: Starter (sprag) clutch replacing... Or not.
Ok, I finally got round to repairing the black menace, and after a good night of wrenching, I am happy to say there was nothing wrong with the sprag clutch.. Unfortunately I am not so happy to announce the real problem: a sheared off crankshaft... 2015-07-01 23.08.27b.jpg The reason the starte...

Starter (sprag) clutch replacing
Oooh boy, I'm not celebrating italian engineering these last days! I bought my last 907 now about a month ago. I started by giving it a good proper maintenance, and then rolled it out for a first ride. After approximately 35km's It started to leak oil badly. Now I can't blame italians for that one, ...

Re: Updating the voltage regulator
Hey Derek, I'm copying your set up for my 907 that finally blew it's "ducati energia" regulator after 27K km's. (albeit with a FH020AA) All is reasonably straight forward, but I still want to ask your opinion on following things: 1. Negative output: straight to the mounting bolt, or a (sup...

Re: black 907ie
I know my black 907 has the stock seat, and it's grey indeed. (If it rhymes, it must be true! :D) As far as I know, all the 221 black 907s built came with the grey seat. Ciao You say 221, But I've also seen the number of 110 black 907's appear. What's your source? How many of those are owned by foru...

Re: valve adjustment question
Thanks for the tips! This weekend I got 'round to trying, and actually 3 of the four valve covers were reasonably well accesible. The only one I didn't get at was the upper cover on the lower cylinder. One of the bolts on this one is only a few milimeters under the retaining bracket for the radiator...

Re: valve adjustment question
Hi guys, I recently joined the forum, since I bought my second 907, but more on that later when I find the time to introduce myself properly. For the moment I'm giving my new 907 a big service, since it has sit in a garage (well, a living room actually :D) for over 4 years. One of the tasks at hand ...
