Re: New Owner

Great looking 907. I miss mine, what a great bike.

I was a Benelli dealer in the 70s- first bike I ever rode was a Benelli and I still have it (1968 Dynamo Trail).
I had a new 750sei, new 250 Phantom (2c) used 200 Sprite, used 650 Tornado. I'd sure like another sei and the 250 was fabulous.

The 'O' rings need some lube between them and the plates, plus there is some need for lube between the chain and sprockets. The internal grease is for the well, internal part of the chain. Not a lot of lube is needed, that is possibly why your use of WD40 has worked for you. It has a small amout of ...

Red 750 Paso- was mine, now Trevor's

I noticed from a message from Mike, and the pictures here that a person that is on the list now owns my old 750 Paso. It is parked next to my 907ie in the photos. Has a single muffler (a Conti?) Yellow wheels and a red coloured passeger seat. I see the person's name that owns it now (Trevor) but not...

I found the Weber would work fine, if rejetted (especially the e-tubes) cleaned really well and setup properly.
Plugs and ignition are also important, and work hand in hand with the carburation.

I've been using the DuPont general purpose Teflon lubricant. Come in a spray and squirt bottle.
It goes on nice and clean, no residue and doesn't seen to attract dirt.

So far, it is great.

I used to own a 907ie with custom risers. They raised the bars up about an inch and back about an inch. In combination with the Corbin seat it was wonderful. I hung onto them for a long time after selling the bike, thinking I may be another, but finally sold them awhile ago. I have a Multistrada 'S'...

Back again

Hello all, I haven't been around this site in a LONG time. I see a couple of photos of my old bikes are still here...one that shows a 750 Paso and 907ie side by side. I'll have to contact the current owner of the 750 and see how it is running. I have no idea where the 907 is these days, I forgot the...
