Another very delayed reply - the bore and sleeve on my clutch slave cover by Ducati Technical Services cost £110, in 2015, plus 20% UK VAT (tax) and postage. I don't do large mileages any more but the clutch was still working OK a couple of years later.

A very late reply, but I've had 2 bearings go in the slave piston on my 750, the second in particular appears to have spun the piston and grooved the bore. I put a new piston in as an experiment but the clutch action was far from smooth, I assume as the piston was tilting and catching on the grooves...
