Re: Carburetor synchronization tuning
Hi Roger, Stationairy/idle, it should run as slow as possible (you want to make sure they open the butterfly valves the same amount, hence: synchronisation). The engine needs to run just on the idle jets! Make sure everything else like valve play, new air filter, ignition timing or new spark plugs e...

Re: 750S Brought back to Life
Roger,
Perfectly executed, kind of restomod.
Love the black air cooled desmodue engines (with the alloy belt covers).
What did you do with the exhaust manifolds/pipes, is that paint or ceramic coating?
Have lots of fun with it!

Re: master cylinder rebuild - a few thoughts and my experien
Gerhard, Ok, well done! So, if you could measure up the 16mm brake fluid seal (and maybe the 15mm aswell), ID,OD & width we could see if we can find an acceptable substitute if needed in the future …. Just to bad that the dust seals are not sold separately (as do the radial & semiradial mast...

Hi Tigerman, Wow, she looks really good! Tell us more about it, how long has she been in your possession and how much miles/kilometers has the Paso ridden? It looks like your Paso has been restored (front fork bolts, brake discs etc. look like new). :rimshot: More photos are always welcome...

Re: brake/clutch fluid resistant paint
Hi boys, Casting qualities of aluminium usually contain a higher percentage of silicon. This silicon makes it difficult to obtain an optically good anodizing layer. If you let them anodize anyway, very likely the surface will have a rough grey/black appearance (charcoal look). Best (looking) results...

Hi Marco,
Here you have the actual oil temp. sensor (M10x1 mm. - similar thread to a Brembo banjo bolt).
A new one costs 16 euro.
Regards,
Frank

Re: brake/clutch fluid resistant paint
Hey HIGHWAY89, With regard to the brake-fluid-resistant paint/powder coating discussion, one last contribution. I assume that the brake fluid will only contact the paint/powder coating for a very short time: during bleeding and should not take longer than let's say 10 seconds. If you spill it, you w...

Gerhard,
Is the Wilbers strickly 906?
