I backed the spindle out some. Does it look like that spacer is in there?
I really have no idea what it's supposed to look like.
I find it strange that before the spindle was sitting differently.
I can't see the previous mechanic not tightening it completely.

Finally got around to having the original Michelins replaced and I already regret it ;) Michelin's looked better. The wheel sits a bit differently and tire is super close to the mud guard on the ...

He wrote above that the small ones fit perfectly as they are.

Re: swingarm chain slider
I am these days in Germany. I am not shure that they fit well, may be you have to modify them. But if I can get some information about the size i can modify the size and build them again Sounds like the small ones are good to go. If you have them in Germany I can also give you a DE address, otherwi...

Are you in US now? If so, I'll take 3 of the small ones.
Let me know how to pay you.

Re: kickstand on an '87 paso 750
Some bikes had the dreaded automatic retracting side stand, and there were lots of different modifications to overcome that bit of legislated engineering. Later ones had a switch, and you can use that to rig up an LED on your dash, or to keep your bike from starting while in gear. (as seen in the f...

In all the years I didn`t have any negative experiences with SD and if there was something to clarify I`d do it via telephone not email ;) I didn't have problems with them before. After they moved they're completely abysmal. Secondly you're German and in Germany. Dif. scenario. See what happens whe...

Now why I hadn't I seen that before now? sigh ... Thanks, G. Saving my butt like usual. They might lose the parts you order, they might send you a ...

Anyone thinking Paso's aren't worth much should consider what the price would be
to replace every part with a NOS one.
I'm guessing between 15-20k.

Re: Shipping & payment across oceans
Other than pay pal I have just deposited the loot directly into the vendors acc . I wouldn't do this for a private sale but genuine businesses have to much to loose by ripping you off .... But there is always the risk and the fact that the seller doesn't have pay pal or similar is odd for an intern...

Alternatives to Stein-Dinse
Any alternatives to Stein-Dinse? I don't want to give them anymore money. They lost some of the items I ordered and still charged me. Then it took over 1 month and a Paypal dispute to get the money back and they thought it was my fault for having the audacity to ask for the money for the parts they ...
