Re: Left engine cover removal
Behind the flywheel is the starter sprag. You probably have an issue in there. Check the FAQ for info regarding repair or replacement.
California Cycle Works also has the proper gaskets. If I recall, you need the gasket for the space it takes up. Using 3-Bond isn't reccomended instead of the gasket.

Then it's not much to take the engine to him that way. Stripped as far as you are comfortable. That will save many ho...

I will then write a cover letter in English and pass it on to Ducati as coming from all club members direct. Re: Homologation tyres in Italy

Can one of our Italian members write me a passionate but very nice letter explaining this problem and what Ducati can do to easily resolve it?? I will then ...

Call Commonwealth Ducati in Kentucky and ask for Aldrin. Tell him Jon from DESMO told you to call. I'm sure he can help you.

Steve,
It's just old age or maybe time to change your meds? :-)
You should wait until you have spent as much time as Gerhard and I here!!! Take 30 days off and come back with renewed Paso love. That's what I do when the BS meter hits a high.
