Hi David, on my bike there is a 2 into one ground as well; two wires are connected to the frame just in front of the shock mount. One wire goes to the battery ground, the other goes to the engine, just aft of the crankcase breather. Hope this helps!

If you lower the front and the rear the same, geometry remains unchanged; however ground clearance is reduced. The problem is, how do you lower the front?
