Just to confirm - no jet in return line, and no blockage - blew air through return line and could feel it coming out of vent pipe.

Agree with you Phil - if it works OK with the regulator leave well alone and worry about something else!

I was considering buying these as spares for my 750 Sport, but a look at the parts fiche tells me that the Paso system has different part numbers to the Sport one - actually looks different too.

I'd be curious to know if this would actually fit a Sport...

I know that fitting a Pantah rear cylinder head is possible on these engines, but they are extremely rare (read expensive), would need machining (bigger bores on the 750), and the cam has to be meddled with (not sure if someone told me that a front cam can be used) then make an exhaust...
