Seems very quiet on here but none the less also in addition to the plate sequence and size any ideas on the clutch spring lengths ( maximum and minimum?

Are you talking about the rear side lower fairing or the actual rear seat pod unit at the rear of the bike? I am assuming these are the lugs that clip into the lower part of the tank left and right side, they are commonly missing having been snapped off. Possibly yours have had threads put into them...

Both of my engines (one is a spare) side cases appear to have been repair welded due to sprocket /chain damage and are as solid as a rock, no seepage or warping so obviously if the job is done properly there should not be an issue.

Many moons back I was investigating the value of sorting hoses out for the Paso range and then I saw that someone had already taken the bull by the horns and let it run.
