Good news  ,
The tires for PASO 750, 906 and Sport 750 are available in 1 week.
I have this information from my local Ducati dealer in Switzerland.

750 PASO
750 SPORT

They should be. Usually Michelin backorders up until they reach a point then they produce enough to fill that backorder plus some inventory. Order a set now and have them in a few weeks.

What I usually do is keep one set in the garage, when the set on the bike goes bad I order a new pair, get the reserve pair mounted up then stash the new ones when they come in. Repeat.

Good news. My tires are the same as when I bought it a couple years ago and they had been in a California garage for a couple years before that. Can y'all say weather check? It'll be good to get a new set, even though the tread is still good.
