It could be this one but I`m not sure & you`d need to ask (it says it fits the Pantah rear brake pump as well)

Have you tried to disassemble and clean it and are you sure it`s not the caliper or a clogged brake line ?

If it needs to be replaced you could consider buy a new one:

This is a set for the ps11:

Don't know if this can be used on the ps12..

Has anyone come up with a solution to rebuild the ps12 master cylinder.
I have been searching but it appears that kits are no longer available.
I bought one of the kits mentioned previously but the piston is incorrect.
The piston is stepped and is also solid not hollow where the brake pedal shaft should fit into it.
However the seals are the same and as my cylinder bore is in good condition I am hoping I can remove them from the new piston and fit them to the old one.

If I'm not mistaken you need to order part number 110.2797.20 from Brembo or one of their distributors. This worked for me when the rear pump of my DB1SR was stuck.

Hi Mark,
Thanks for your response.
That is the kit I bought thinking it was the correct one but as I said there are a couple of differences which means it will not work with the Paso pedal.
I managed to remove the seals from this kit and fit them to my old piston so all was not lost.
It took forever to bleed using the pedal itself and I resorted to using a syringe to suck the fluid through the system before I got a result.
Anyway I now have a firm pedal so a good outcome.
Cheers

Hi Greg,

Glad to hear that it's working again - sometimes those old seals just swell up...

Regarding the part number, maybe 110.3773.20 is the right one for our Pasos. I've found it on Yoyodyne's website. Cyclebrakes.com also refer to this part number as another alternative.

Has anybody successfully tried using this part?

Cheers,

Mark

I had to get a kit from MG's to do mine and the piston was all wrong ..... but then I only wanted the seals and ( like Greg ) I just swapped em over . The other thing that I found out ( not telling how :) ) is that the mounting hole spacing is not the same as most of the other Brembo rear pumps ..... like the SS ones don't fit , oh and be careful with that plastic elbow on the resivour side of the pump ..... if you break it your screwed :(

Hi Mark,
Good work, that kit looks to be the right one for the Paso.
I will note the number for future reference.
Cheers

Very Funny :-P but I don't speak klinkerhoffen , :) but I did have some laughs trying to decipher it ..... specially the " Hand U Fusspumpen " bit ( I figured they'd met Higgy :D )..... but anyhow I have long since made one outa brass . Pisses me off tho , when I think of the places I asked and the shit I got told when I was lookin .... "part of the kit ", " gotta buy the whole thing mate ", .... not a separate part , So yeah I'll get one, at 4.90 of them things (and 4.60 more of them to get it here) its not to bad an anyhow I have never bought anything from there before ( Borat will be pleased )
