i do have access to a 3D printer, and the most likely process is nylon SLS. I would need a pristine part to scan. Can't verify how well it will hold up to real life. of course, the parts won't be cheap. Printing is very versatile, but its not cheap. They would probably be about $75 or more. (each)
I, myself, bought a 696 chain guide and just fitted it to my new 907 swing arm. $25 on e-bay.

I have [1] NOS chain slider if anyone is interested....will post it and a couple other items on the classifieds.... I found it on the shelf in the garage while straightening up, unfortunately the 907 has been gone for 2 years
