I really hope such a long break will never happen again but there are a few places you can check for info in case the site is down.

There is the
http://www.ducati.ms forum
http://www.ducatiforum.co.uk (who even created a Paso section after numerous members joined there)
and Helge`s "Ducati-Pasoists" Facebook page

This is what was sent to all members via a mass mailing.

Dear Forum Members,

WE ARE BACK!!!

The Ducati Paso forum was created to provide a place where people could go
to ask questions and learn about the Ducati Paso and other models that we
all love. With the assistance of volunteers who act as moderators, and the
support from the members, this forum has become an extremely effective tool
for keeping our unique motorcycles on the road.

We were brought down about a month ago by some sort of issue; Spammers,
Software Failure, Anonymous, NSA, who knows! Mike was struggling to find
the time to get the site fixed, so he handed it over to Gerhard and I to
manage and own. Gerhard's good friend Berni, has been able to fix it and we
have also moved to another web hosting service to allow us to manage and
maintain the site more effectively.

So we are back at full power and expect that the new software, hosting
service and more of us able to be involved in the maintenance, Paso should
NOT experience another outage like this again.

The Paso site and forum has always been advertisement free and we want to
keep it this way. Right now, it`s privately funded by Gerhard and myself.
The yearly costs are low and we would appreciate any donations (Paypal
button below the forum).

We would appreciate if all members could update their personal info,
including adding a GEOGRAPHIC location so we know where you are.

Welcome to all new members that have tried to join but the approvals were
stuck and we were just able to clear them out today.

Thanks for your patience and enjoy the forum!

it didn´t get hacked but that doesn´t make a difference after all.
There were technical issues in the past and there will be a few in the future but we will solve them and keep this going. :)

Seems only appropriate, as Audi owns Ducati now.
