Hi Guys, its been a long time on here for me.... but i have been busy with buying more motorbikes and fixing them up. the poor old Paso just sits there looking good... :) been busy with a Ducati 350 race bike and campaigning it at the 2017 and 2018 Sound of Thunder here in NZ at ruapuna, got third overall in 2017 but this year was too impossible with 9 KTM390's out there ruling the roost....they need there own class, being modern 4 valve and fuel injected etc...Grrr
next was another race bike a Ducati 400 SS junior with 500 cc Pantah barrel's and heads and RGV250 USD forks and 4 piston calipers on full floating discs and 17" wheels this thing will fly especially with a 6 speed gearbox! so looking forward to getting this bike on the track
Then a bike i been hankering after for many years, a close friend owned it and it had sat for at least 10 years and wasnt being used, so it finally came up for sale and i had had first refusal, so i snapped it up how could i refuse!!........Ta Dah.....Lo and Behold...

1980 Moto Guzzi 850 Le Mans MKII
with MKI fairing what a monster! cruise all day at 110 MPH!

So i stripped the carbs, loads of gunk! also changed the Oil and new plugs had to re-bleed the brakes new battery and a wiring sort out tidy up some paintwork after a massive clean and she runs! have yet to take it for a cruise but very soon!

enough ramblin....

Cheers
Paul
