Front fork maintenance

Hello,
During the off season, I'm planing to maintain the fork to start with.
The bike is -87 and the fork is the Marzzochi M1R.
I have no clues when it was maintained last time.
Got the bike September this year and I will do a complete maintenence of it, starting with the fork.
Is there any maintenence parts available from any shop?
Replace OEM part with other similar?
Ideas of what fork oil to use?
