Front brake rotors for 1990 750 Sport

Post by Desmo/Duc »

I have one rotor that has a .015" TIR. Can anyone tell me if the rotor can be straightened? I haven't been able to confirm if they are cast iron or stainless. I Appreciate any help.
Thanks,
Jerry

Maybe it can be ground flat but it would be cheaper to get a new one.

throw a bit of water on it, if it turns orange in about 10 minutes - its cast iron.
