Look at the background in this picture, that should answer that
Alright it dried off, only 1 dampish session, I think the curse is broken

Valentino, ha, taught him everything he knows, or not.
Would you believe I'm that good that I don't need wet's, no, hmm, how about about full slicks on a damp track, no, bugger, alright then grooved slicks on what turned out to be 3 full dry sessions, I was cooking them (as you do) in anticipation of a dry run.
That was it's last run, the f*#@*&g osteoarthritis has won, and I'm conceding defeat.
And thank you she is a purdy thang.
But I'am seriously looking forward to this thread being updated, you've been pretty quiet for awhile

Cheers a still hobbling 2 weeks later

Hmmm, looks like a fun track, might have to take something like this, 48 brutal hp will really sort 'em out

I've been wanting to go for a couple of years. It's a good excuse to get the Sport and MHR up and running ( and lose that 30kgs so I can get back into my leathers ).
Cheers

Re: Being nasty to my 750 Sport
There's a lot to be be said for a bike as wide as Kenworth going into T2 at the Creek Muwahahahaha
What was even funnier was the young guy on the R6 tracked me down in the pits to tell me he couldn't beleive it when I outbraked him and then stuffed the BM up the inside of him on that corner, and asked for a riding lesson true story
The Triumph rider didn't see the humor or irony of it, go figure.
Those days are well and truly over.
May yet still end up with a Paso to replace the Sport, you never know.
Cheers
Peter

The R65 had a small fortune spent on brakes, twin floating disc conversion,(they were single standard solid rotor std.) braided lines etc.
