750sport displayed at sushi bar (at my work)

Post by S21FOLGORE »

Hi,I just joined the forum today.

I always wanted to do this ...

... did it today, finally.

The bike belonged to a friend / customer, and it had been sitting in his garage for four years. (maybe a bit more..., at least four years.)
Well, if it's just going to sit anyway, why not let it sit in our sushi bar rather than collecting the dust in his garage, I thought. At least, it's going to entertain people's eye.
Cut the long story short, talked about this idea to the business owner (he liked the idea ), made a deal with the bike owner, picked the bike up today, and rolled in to the sushi bar.

future plan

Put DUCATI logo on the bike,
like this one ...

or, like this one ...

And build a stand like this ...

... then, another one in my bedroom

Oh, I want to make it run again, but it's going to be a slow process project, as I seriously lack free time. (At least, I have anther Duc to play with.)
