Sorry Tony can't really help with that, the bike was sold a few weeks ago for various reasons, (How's it all going David) and I have no pictures of the brackets I made up to fit off the headlight mounts.

I had it custom made without a H/L hole.

With the rest I just used the existing brackets and made it fit to those, lots and lots of cutting to get it to clear my knees, the oil cooler lines, and forks, it was a true one off and never actually intended to cut a hole in it for the H/L as it was for track days, but got carried away with the jigsaw.

This thread covers a lot of what I got up too.

Re: 750 sport help with belts

Hi Guys

I have never attempted the belt change on the 750 s, is it a right pig, or as a mechanic myself, could I take this on with ease?

The bike has low miles as you know only 11k, but looking for advice on what I need to replace... rolles etc

Also, are there any other areas of this engine that need to be made aware of?

Thanks again guys

It's not hard at all mate.Remove the belt covers, align the timing marks on the pulleys, slacken the tensioner and remove the belts.Make sure the marks are all aligned when replacing the belt. There are 3 marks, one on each pulley. This video will help you.

Cheers
