Most engineering supply outfits can supply various rubber mounts , maybe Blackwoods , they also use them lots on chainsaws for engine mounts . Do you have a pic of an old one . I wreaked a 97 900ss and I still have some small bits left over but I cant recall just what the tank sat on :)

I just made my own with a 30mm long piece of hydraulic hose, cut almost in half leaving just the tube wall thickness uncut, then insert it into the tank holes from the inside not the outside, stainless washer top and bottom and there you go! Bobs your mothers brother !

Yeah, I had to make my own also. I found some rubber washers at the hardware store and glued them onto the tank tab.

I also put a second set of the tank support bumpers on the sides (2 per side) and used them as the tank reference, then bent that back tab to fit with my new rubber blocks so that the tank was not in tension anywhere. If you carry too much weight on that back tab, the tank will crack near the welds. The later model 900 tank had more bracing and metal in that area than the earlier 750's.

Cheers, Phil
