with some modification sure.
Your triple trees are for 40mm stanchion tubes, these are 41.7mm. If the fork tubes in these triple trees are as far apart as the ones on your bike is hard to say and also if the steering axle is the same diameter.

Looks like all the bits you would need, especially if you are upgrading to 17" wheels. Confirm what the brake caliper mounts are, as I can't quite tell from the tiny photo. May be set up for 300 or 320mm brakes and 4 piston calipers, or for the F08 brakes and 280mm rotors. Good upgrade.
