My bike runs rich is it easy to change the jets in the webber carb changed plugs yesterday and the ones I took out were black as also did not run well new plugs in all good

Removing the jets is not difficult. You have to remove the top cover of the Weber to access them.
Verify if they are all the original size. When the cover is off do also check if the float level is correct.

Before doing all of that check if there's an electrical problem in the ignition system. Just measure the voltage at the coils and see if there is a voltage drop between the battery and the coils.

I assume the return line to the tank was not removed and that return and breather hose are connected correctly to the tank.
