The burn mark from the 120 ohm resistor can clearly be seen

the oscillator is available from Digi-key for 0.70usd #-X975-ND

most of the rest should be still available at radio shack
so you can rebuild the whole thing for about 10 bucks assuming your motor is still good

or pay 100+ for a new one if you can find it or about the same to have it rebuilt.

Looking into the PIC to see if it is still available or maybe upgrade it with one that has better voltage control to avoid the burnout that comes with a low battery and the crappy regulators on the Ducati's

Also will look into a motor replacement tho I doubt it is needed.

BTW the green resistors are ceramic 56 ohm 1/2 watt as opposed to the normal carbon based resistors,a little more expensive but not hard to find. They can handle more heat than the normal resistors can. Average about a buck a piece

For those not versed in reading resistors, Radio Shack will sell you a small thumbwheel based chart for cheap or just look it up online.

There's no problem so bad that a little fixing can't make it worse! : )
If it ain't broke keep fixin it till it is
