When you consider that a degree wheel can easily be used with most turning tools they are well worth the added cost if you have the need. Just food for thought

be aware with degree wheels ..... I bought one from a v8 / hot rod shop only to discover that the v8's all turn the wrong way ( thats yanks for ya   , dont even drive on the right side of the road .. well they do but its wrong :D :D  ) any how atdc was actually btdc and it all became to confusing, so I printed one off from a file on paso cam timing from this web site and glued it to a bit of sheet ally ( one of Dianne's baking trays ) and cut it out ( and sneaked the remains back into the cupboard ..... fortunatly I was a safe distance away when the crime was later discovered )  I offered the theory that the hole would improve heat flow in the oven ..... she didn't buy it  and resolved herself that yet another common house hold item had martyered itself to the cause ( motorcycling )......aaaaah kiwi ingenuity :)

Hey Mctool, you could have maintained the peace ( its called domestic tranquility)
if you had just glued it over the backwards( american) degree wheel.

Give the poor girl a break, once in a while
