My sons father recently passed and he owned a couple bikes one being the Ducati. I want to sell this bike but am trying to find out how much it's worth. It is intact apart from the seat. Any help appreciated.

Have a look in the "for sale" forum and post some pic of your one :)

Thank you I will. The bike is in Queensland so I will have to try and get some pics organised I don't even know what year it is. I have someone wanting to buy it and have no idea how much to sell it for. Michelle

Buyers will ask you about maintenance, tyres, mileage, try to get all the info you can :)

don`t know where all our forum-Aussies currently are ... :phone:

As ducapaso already said it depends a lot on condition, milage, service history (mainly what was done in the past year or two) and colour.

here`s a blue 906, low milage, new tires and with a lot of spare parts for 5.600. It was sold
http://www.bikepoint.com.au/private/SSE ... i-906-Paso

this one sold for 7.500

this one didn`t for 7.200

this guy wants 8.000 for a red 906. I hope 196000km is a typo, that would set a new milage record

some prices are just silly

I think $4900 is reasonable for a dark blue 906. That's what I'll be advertising her for but if anyone on here is interested I'll let you have it for $4500. Good examples over here in Perth go for $6k and above.
This is from a topic from oct.2014. The bike was sold.
There`s quite a gap between what some sellers ask and what the bikes actually sell for.

The price will also depend on who`s looking to buy one.

here`s one guy

Hi thanks so much for that information Paso Grand. The bike is silver hasn't been registered for a couple years needs a bit of work from what I am told by my Dad as he has seen the bike. It is a bit of a story actually I have sold his Harley already.I think in the New Year we will have to take a trip north to go pick it up.A guy I know wants it but he only wants it cheap. He has a a mike hailwood rep ducati. I have no idea what to do. Michelle :)

I`m curious if it`s really silver or like this:

Owns a MHR and wants it cheap so typical :truck:
Realistically it`ll be between 7500 and 5000 for a running bike depending on condition I`d say.
