does not go well into the speed while riding, when I squeeze the clutch while driving and I take the gas, the engine goes out. Also, when taking gas, it shoots into the exhaust

imo check everything around the carbs first. I.e. measure if the coils get the same voltage the battery has, check the rubber boots below the carbs for hairline cracks and verify there's also no leak air at the carb manifold/cylinder head connection. Then check valve clearances and if all that is ok have a look at the carbs float needle jet.

while you're doing that also check if you still have the Y piece in the fuel line with the return hose to the tank. Not having that can cause the carb to overflow and also puts stress on the pump.
