I saw a black 907 I.E. for sale...and I couldn't resist... :lick:
I traded my '94 750 SSN and some of my savings for this black beauty...

It is built in 1992, has 40.500 km on it, is imported from Italy (so it has almost never seen any rain! )

This is going to be a great summer!

Congrats on the new acquisition! Very nice looking ... any other details worth mentioning, or is it pretty much what you see is what you get?

Hi!

Want to ask, HOW You know, that it is made in 1992, cause its 92 modell??? I think most 92 modells were made in 1991. Mine is 91 modell made in 90.

Anyway very cute ass!!! and now You have MUCH more nicer bike;-)

What i saw is what i got...
Well I havent inspected everything under the fairing yet, but the bike looks completly standard.

And for the year in which it was built, u r right. Date of "acceptance for the road" is 23-01-2005, so it's likely to be built in 1991... :D

But it's the '92 model; 320mm brake discs, locking filler cap, the more comforteble seat (has a sharper "hump" in the middle)

There u go!

Today I had a Duc-meeting, first time for a fast 'n' furious trip...
I found out that when i ride on my own, I ride as fast as a snail...
We were with two 900SS and a Monster S4R, finally I can keep up with those guys... not really
It was a nice tourride of about 400 km

A few pics:

The 907 did it great, back at home, just a few drops of oil sticking on the oilfilter, nothing to worry about I think.

Love seeing the variety of Ducatis - a Superlight, even! Cool! - but WOW, that CBX was CLEAN. Holy smokes ... impressive. How'd it sound?
