Re: Merry Christmas Cam Belts
Another hour and I was good with new belts on.......
Thought I would check the air cleaner while I was in....not knowing what the PO had done..
Found a K&N filter in there however, it covers half the intake holes in the cover.....thought it might be upside down, no, wont fit.....dont know whats up with that....anyone?
I was going to put a couple holes in the cover but dont want to ruin a stock part.....I did this on the Guzzi and it helped.......
Anyone else have this?

Rudy might have a spare 907ie airbox lid and a set of snorkels. info@duc-only.nl
what numbers does your K&N filter have?
There are three that theoretically fit.
33-2003 Product Specifications
Product Style: Panel Air Filter
Height: 1.563 in (40 mm)
Outside Length: 8.25 in (210 mm)
Outside Width: 8.125 in (206 mm)
DU-0900 Product Specifications (DU-0900 replaced the old 33-2566)
Product Style: Panel Air Filter
Height: 0.75 in (19 mm)
Outside Length: 8.5 in (216 mm)
Outside Width: 8.375 in (213 mm)
DU-9098 Product Specifications
Product Style: Panel Air Filter
Height: 1.188 in (30 mm)
Outside Length: 8.25 in (210 mm)
Outside Width: 8.25 in (210 mm)
The middle one is the one for Ducati. The last one can also be used but may cover a bit of the intake holes. The first should only be used with a completely cut open airbox lid or the alu frame which could be bought as replacement of the lid. (The frame is not a spacer) With completely open lid the chip will have to be reprogrammed.
